Scholarship Application

Overview: UTN is a 501(c)3 charitable trust that supports service minded individuals and community based organizations working to empower urban youth and spaces.

Scholarships: $500 awards

Eligibility:

1) Must be a student at an accredited community college or university
OR
2) Must be a community activist/artist

Application Requirements: Fill out the application form completely and sign.

For consideration, applications must be submitted by:
• September 15 for awards funded by March 1
• March 15 for awards funded by September 1

No late applications will be accepted!
